Area/Bar Manager – New Opening Robbies Bar and another location by year end
Location: Lisburn/Belfast
Salary: £50000
Hours: Full-time (including evenings & weekends)
Robbies Pub is a brand-new venue opening soon, and were looking for an experienced, driven Bar Manager to take charge from day one. This is a rare opportunity to build a pub, your team, and the atmosphere from the ground up.

The Role:
You wont just be managingyoull be creating. From setting standards to building a loyal customer base, youll play a key role in making Robbies a go-to local.
What Youll Be Doing:
– Setting up and managing day-to-day bar operations
– Recruiting, training, and developing your team
– Creating a welcoming, lively pub atmosphere
– Managing stock, cellar, and supplier relationships
– Driving trade through events, music, and promotions
– Managing rotas, costs, and performance
– Ensuring compliance with NI licensing and safety regulations
What Were Looking For:
– Experience as a Bar Manager / area manager
– Someone who thrives in a start-up / new opening environment
– A natural leader who leads from the front
– Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
– Good knowledge of stock control and bar operations
– Energy, personality, and a passion for building something
