This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical logistics activities within a fast-paced environment. You will play a key part in ensuring materials and equipment are dispatched efficiently, safely, and on time across multiple locations, supporting ongoing operational and maintenance activities.
About you:
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or operational coordination roles
- Strong understanding of dispatch, packing, and materials handling processes
- Experience working with transport providers and managing deliveries
- Excellent organisation and keen attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a practical approach
- Knowledge of dangerous goods requirements, or willingness to obtain certification
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate the preparation, packing, and dispatch of materials and equipment efficiently
- Manage dangerous goods compliance and oversee shipment sign-off
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials in line with project schedules
- Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams on material planning
- Coordinate logistics for planned maintenance activities across multiple sites
- Liaise with transport providers to organise domestic and international deliveries
- Monitor dispatch schedules, identify risks, and resolve issues promptly
- Keep detailed records of all materials issued, dispatched, and returned
