HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver

Driver Hire Sudbury are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Refuse lorry driver, for an immediate start.We are seeking, experienced and reliable HGV drivers to work with one of our clients operating dustcart / bin lorry collection vehicles in the Sudbury area.Job Details: Pay rate: £16.64 per hour06.30am – 15.00pm, 30min unpaid break40hrs per week, overtime after 15.30 (time and a half)Monday to FridayOngoing and ad hoc work availableImmediate startWeekly pay The Role: Driving and operating refuse / recycling collection, dustcart vehiclesWorking as part of a collection team on residential or commercial routesEnsuring collections are completed safely, efficiently and on scheduleCarrying out daily vehicle checksFollowing all health & safety procedures Requirements: Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licenceCPC qualification and Digital Tachograph cardPrevious refuse or dustcart experience advantageous but not essentialGood understanding of safety proceduresReliable and team-focused attitude This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work in the Environmental, waste and recycling sector….
