Head of FP&A – Transformation & Reporting

Stanton House is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead a significant finance transformation within a complex organisation based in Reading. This hybrid role will involve managing a sizeable team and driving changes across processes, systems, and culture.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong track record in FP&A transformation, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. This position represents a unique opportunity for impactful leadership in a challenging environment, with a salary range of £110,000 – £130,000 plus bonus and benefits.
