UK & International Tax Manager (In-House)

We are supporting an Investment Manager looking to expanding their Tax team. This role will cover UK & International tax compliance oversight, Pillar 2 work and, you’ll get involved in project/research led advisory work.

This is a number 2 role, reporting directly into the Head of Tax.

The role:

• UK and International tax compliance oversight.
• Transfer pricing policy implementation and maintenance of ongoing documentation.
• Work across teams to provide support/advice on transactions, structures and operational matters.
• Global mobility and employment tax research.
• Stay abreast of changing tax legislation reporting back to the group where needed.
• Internal control support.

What we are looking for:

• Track record in corporate tax – ideally, UK CT experience.
• This could suit someone currently in practice or an individual with current in-house experience.
• FS experience preferred (even better if you have funds knowledge/awareness).
