Head of Player Care & Welfare – Academy

AFC Bournemouth is looking for a dedicated individual to lead Player Care within our Academy. You will build a positive and supportive environment for player development, oversee initiatives aimed at supporting players and their families, and work collaboratively with multiple departments to prioritize player welfare.

This role involves direct engagement with families and staff, delivering impactful workshops, and ensuring adherence to club policies on mental health and equality. Benefits include free onsite parking and discounted meals.
