Executive Director of People & Culture Transformation

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Director of People to join its Executive Team. This role includes strategic leadership of the People Services Directorate focused on workforce transformation, staff wellbeing, and organisational development.
