At BMS, we’ve been engaged to recruit a Senior Account Executive for a fast-growing SaaS business backed by one of the world’s leading technology investors. This is a strategic enterprise sales role within a business rebuilding and scaling its commercial team ahead of a planned growth and exit phase.

Our client is a market-leading SaaS provider specialising in email signature management, compliance, and brand consistency software. Their platform is used globally by major enterprise organisations including household-name brands across finance, healthcare, insurance, and professional services.

The Role

  • Sell enterprise SaaS solutions into organisations with 1,000+ employees across EMEA.
  • Manage complex multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Blend SDR, marketing, events, and self-generated pipeline.
  • Average deal size of c.£21K, with enterprise opportunities exceeding £100K ACV.
  • Quarterly target of £112K.
  • Predominantly new business focused, with strong land-and-expand opportunity.

The Candidate

  • 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Exposure to managing £100K+ deals
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries beneficial.
  • MEDDPICC exposure highly desirable.
  • Highly coachable, ambitious, and comfortable in high-performance sales cultures.
