Key responsibilities for this position
- Providing high‑level executive support to the CEO, acting as a trusted right hand and gatekeeper
- Managing priorities, inbox and communications in a fast‑paced hospitality and events environment
- Supporting the CEO across multiple areas of the business with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach
- Running the day‑to‑day office function
- Managing suppliers, office coordination and ordering of office supplies
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating internal communications and supporting team organisation
- Working closely with the events team to support event organization when required
- Bringing structure, systems and operational efficiency to a growing business
- Being a visible, professional and approachable presence in a client‑facing environment
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience in an EA / Office Manager to CEO or similar senior support role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, operational or hospitality‑led environments
- Confident supporting senior leadership with discretion and sound judgement
- A calm, pragmatic and proactive approach, with the ability to adapt quickly
- Personable and confident, with high emotional intelligence
- Happy to muck in and support across the business where needed
- An interest in improving processes, systems and ways of working, including technology and AI efficiencies
