£60,000 – £65,000 + Package
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Facilities Management and Maintenance provider, overseeing projects across London and the South. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of works.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of FM and maintenance-related projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Projects will range from lifecycle replacements and refurbishments to reactive and planned works across commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple FM and maintenance projects across London and the South
- Oversee M&E works including HVAC, electrical systems, and building services
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsMonitor project budgets, timelines, and performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Produce reports and provide regular project updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within FM, maintenance, or building services
- Strong M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) background is essential
- Experience delivering projects in commercial or corporate environments
- Good understanding of health & safety and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services, Engineering, or similar) preferred
