GXO is looking for two Senior Warehouse First Line Managers to join the The Entertainer site in Banbury. Here you’ll be responsible for leading your team to achieve business goals through focusing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture.
This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern. There are two shift patterns available, 1 x earlies 06:30 – 15:00 and 1 x lates 14:30 – 23:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse in your area, leading, motivating and developing your team to achieve targets.
- Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams on a daily basis.
- Pro‑actively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change.
- With a good understanding of health & safety, ensure all operational processes are fully compliant with policy, accurately identify risks and escalating your findings.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience of working in a supervisory position within a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Be a natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement change.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience managing conflicting priorities, planning and organising a warehouse operation.
- Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
