Requirements
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Proven Earthworks experience
- Experience in heavy plant operations
- Strong site supervision and leadership skills
- Ability to manage site operations safely and efficiently
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervising earthworks operations on site
- Overseeing heavy plant operations and plant coordination
- Managing site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Conducting daily briefings and maintaining health & safety standards
- Coordinating plant, materials, and labour on site
- Reporting progress and liaising with management teams
