Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production machinery
- Planned preventative maintenance across the site
- Supporting equipment upgrades and improvement projects
- Identifying root causes and implementing long‑term fixes
- Maintaining high safety and operational standards
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: 05:30 – 14:00
- Week 2: 13:30 – 22:00
- 1 in 4 Saturdays compulsory, paid at time and a half
No night shifts. Structured rotation. Predictable overtime that boosts your earnings.
Package
- Up to £45,000 basic salary
- Saturday overtime at 1.5x

What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Multi‑Skilled Engineering
- Manufacturing background (FMCG or fast‑paced production preferred)
- Confident electrical fault‑finding ability
- PLC fault diagnosis knowledge advantageous
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
