We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Treeton Auto Services

On-site | Full-time | Permanent

£25,000-£30,000 per year

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Treeton Auto Services.

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working around cars, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, you’ll fit right in with our team.

What you will be doing:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their service needs
• Explaining repairs and services clearly and honestly
• Preparing estimates and job quotations
• Handling payments accurately and professionally
• Recommending additional services where appropriate
• Working closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Ordering and managing parts
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction

What we are looking for:

• Customer service experience, preferably within an automotive environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
• Confidence in upselling while maintaining customer trust
• Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not essential
• Experience with estimating or quoting is an advantage
