Business Change Manager
Location: London – 2 days a week. Duration: 6‑12 months.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end‑to‑end business change initiatives.
- Lead organisational change that encompasses people, processes, technology, structure, behaviour and new ways of working.
- Analyse stakeholder groups and lead engagement and management activities to support projects and programmes.
- Enable behavioural change by bringing together diverse teams.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering end‑to‑end business change and organisational change.
- Strong understanding of change management theory, applied within delivery frameworks such as waterfall, agile, APM or PROSCI.
- Excellent knowledge of Benefits Realisation.
- Experience working on complex projects.
