Business Change Manager

Location: London – 2 days a week. Duration: 6‑12 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end business change initiatives.
• Lead organisational change that encompasses people, processes, technology, structure, behaviour and new ways of working.
• Analyse stakeholder groups and lead engagement and management activities to support projects and programmes.
• Enable behavioural change by bringing together diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end‑to‑end business change and organisational change.
• Strong understanding of change management theory, applied within delivery frameworks such as waterfall, agile, APM or PROSCI.
• Excellent knowledge of Benefits Realisation.
• Experience working on complex projects.
