• Experienced in children’s residential care, with a Level 3 (or above) relevant qualification.
• Proven experience of supervising and leading teams within a children’s care setting.
• Passionate about caring for and developing children and young people.
• Determined to improve outcomes for children and young people.
• Patient, compassionate, resilient, and reliable.
• Motivated to make a real difference every day.
• Committed to professional development – Level 4/5 qualified or working towards.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
