Mission

As an Associate, Talent Management, you will support the design and delivery of talent initiatives that strengthen the organisation’s leadership pipeline and enable employee growth. A key focus of this role is the coordination and execution of NextGen programmes (Apprenticeship programmes), ensuring a high‑quality experience for participants and stakeholders. You will contribute to talent reviews, development initiatives, and learning programmes, helping to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline. Working under general guidance, you will apply foundational talent management knowledge to deliver structured processes, support programme operations, and maintain high standards of execution and compliance.

What will you do

NextGen Programme Management

  • Support the design, coordination, and execution of Apprenticeship programmes
  • Partner with programme managers and business leaders to ensure effective delivery
  • Organise workshops, learning sessions, and development activities
  • Act as a point of contact for programme participants, providing guidance and support
  • Track programme progress, engagement, and outcomes

Talent & Learning Initiatives

  • Assist with talent review and succession planning processes
  • Support delivery of learning and development initiatives, including leadership and early careers programmes
  • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of talent programmes
  • Help promote internal mobility and career development opportunities

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with managers, HR partners, and programme participants
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across all stakeholders
  • Support coaching culture by facilitating feedback collection and follow‑ups

Programme Coordination & Administration

  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and communications for talent initiatives
  • Collect and analyse feedback to improve programme effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate programme data and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent & Learning team as required

What will make you successful

  • Early career professional or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Previous exposure to HR, learning, or talent programmes (internship or work experience)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
