New Appointments Group is seeking a Planning Officer for a fully remote role with a salary range of £29,000 – £35,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will review planning compliance for residential properties, provide advice on planning legislation, and support compliance across various projects. Key responsibilities include assessing applications and producing reports according to legislation.
Qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths and relevant experience in planning or property compliance.
