Salary: Up to £37,500

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Aldershot

Your Role

As an Office Services Supervisor, you will deliver the Secretarial, Administration, and PA operation (known as Clerking) at Aldershot Garrison, supervise the clerical team, communicate and manage diary to prioritise time and resources, lead recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and training, and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Secretarial, Administration and PA operation at Aldershot Garrison.
  • Supervise and manage the clerical team, including employment matters.
  • Communicate and manage diary to prioritise time and resources.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and training of the team.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Recognised supervisory qualification.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification or willingness to obtain.

Experience

  • Previous supervisory experience, including leading a team of more than twenty.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders.

Skills

  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritise workload while maintaining service excellence.

Full UK valid driving licence required.
