Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.
Retail Branch & Transfer Manager role requiring a high level of customer service, sales and operational oversight.
Responsibilities
- Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of their branches. Serve as the main point of contact for customers.
- Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
- Assist the transport department as required when not buying cars.
Requirements
- A current full UK manual driving licence
- Experience of working in a target‑driven environment
- Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working)
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
- Excellent administration and IT skills
