Store to Home Administrator

Part Time – 16 hours per week.

3 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Location: B&Q Darnley.

Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 6am – 8pm.

UK Notional hourly rate: £13.10 per hour.

Overview

You’ll create a brilliant experience for every local customer who orders our products online. Working within our Store to Home delivery hub, you’ll collaborate with the hub team to process online orders, manage stock, maintain an accurate database of products and delivery schedules – plus you’ll support colleagues across your store to answer customer queries. In short, you’ll make sure our online customer experience and delivery service is the best it can be.

What We Need

A brilliant organiser, problem solver and communicator. You’ll be comfortable working closely with colleagues and customers. You’re great with numbers and spreadsheets to maintain data accuracy, and even better at working with people. You’ll be eager to expand your skills by using new technologies and learning new ways of working. You’re flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
