The Best Connection are working in conjunction with our client to recruit a Production Kitchen Administrator to join their already established hard working team.
We are seeking a Production Kitchen Administrator to undertake this job role on an ongoing basis in a busy environment.
Responsibilities of the Production Kitchen Administrator will include but not be limited to
- Using SAP software to update stock levels
- Helping to design and create process guides for core kitchen process
- Liaising with various department heads to plan order volumes and production timelines as part of a process to ensure 100% fulfilment
- Creating and maintain excel formulas for stock their in-house stock management systems
- Helping out with stock checks, product counts and checks in the production kitchen area as and when needed
Requirements of the Production Kitchen Administrator
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational ability
- A solutions focused mindset and ability communicate strongly
Hours of work
- Will be working on an any 5 days in 7 shift rota, working flexibility between the 07:00-15:00,08:00-16:00,10:00-18:00 and 11:00-19:00.
- The 5 out of 7 shift rota will involve working most weekends.
Rates of pay
- £13.40 per hour rising to £14.09 after 12 weeks continuous work
