We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced flagpole and sign fitter to join our busy installation and maintenance team. As part of the team, you will assist in growing the installs and maintenance services offered by the business. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, taking responsibility for your own work and being able to work independently as well as part of a team.

We offer a range of products including flags, flagpoles, banners, display stands and signage.Salary : Dependent on experienceLocation : Head Office in KimboltonJob Type : Full-Time, Field Based, PermanentMain Purpose of the Job:This is just an overall summary of the job and is not a full list of job responsibilitiesCarrying out installation work for ground mounted, roof mounted or wall mounted flagpoles and signage.Carrying out site surveys and creating installation plans, including compiling all relevant measurements and information required.Making full use of the companys app to clock in and out, upload job photos, job information, work reports and customer sign off.Ensuring the installation company vehicles and equipment are kept clean and in good working order.Always adhere to health and safety regulations and requirements.Planning ahead with jobs and ensuring the correct products and tools are taken to site.Ability to help with our stores department on days where there is not installation or maintenance work.Essential Skills Required:Signage Install experienceWorking at heightSite safety & risk awarenessFull Clean Driving LicenseIPAF 1B Qualifications (preferred)CSCS cardPASMA cardLOLER training (preferred)The Ideal Candidate:A determined individual with strong problem solving skills and eye for detail.Fit and healthy as manual labour is a large part of the job.Working from height, including from tower scaffolds, ladders and MEWPs.Familiarity with power tools and relevant equipment for installation tasks.Ability to work individually or as part of a team.A clean valid drivers license is essentialGood communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven experience in installation work, preferably within a similar environment. xcswzye Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.Work Schedule:40 hours per weekOvertime when requiredOut of hours/overnight work when requiredOccasional weekend availabilityBenefits:A competitive salary based upon experienceOvertime at time and a half29 days holiday rising to 33 days after 2 years (including bank holidays)Employer sponsored Pension schemeOpportunity for career advancementCompany mobile phone, equipment, tools, uniform and PPE providedExperience:flagpole & sign fitting: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:CSCSPASMAIPAF 1BWork Location: In person…
