The RoleThis housing association is looking for an experienced Senior Property Surveyor to join a busy and evolving property function, taking the lead on complex repairs and building issues while managing a small team of surveyors.This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the centre of resolving challenging defects, improving service delivery, and ensuring homes remain safe, compliant, and well maintained.
