Job Title: Commercial Deputy Director – Corporate Services
Locations: Blackpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle
Salary: GCO salary£101,000 to £131,000, GCO T&C’s including up to 20% performance related pay (PRP).

This senior role represents a unique opportunity to join the leadership team in DWP commercial, one of the largest and highest performing commercial teams in central government. The DWP commercial team manages third party delivery providing services to 80,000 staff and over 20 million customers, with an annual contracted spend of almost £3bn. You will be required to lead teams in developing commercial strategies, providing commercial advice, and supporting stakeholders when managing complex procurements and contracts within the categories.
You’ll be an accomplished leader with a proven track record of driving innovation and value in fast-paced, regulated procurement environments. You’ll have extensive experience with navigating complex commercial risks, while building high-performing teams.
