Head of Asset Strategy & Portfolio Renewal (Hybrid)

Moore Green Recruitment LTD is looking for a Head of Asset Management to lead the delivery of comprehensive strategies for property portfolios including Social Housing and unique Heritage buildings. This role, based in Birmingham, is full-time and permanent with hybrid working options.

The successful candidate will oversee a £24 million capital renewal programme and prioritise customer-centered performance improvements. A car allowance of £1500 per annum is also provided.
