Technology Manager
Paying up to £75k, this role is required by a leading investment management company located in central London. The organisation has fewer than 50 users, with both office and home IT configurations, and over 100 devices.
As the technology manager, you will be responsible for all day‑to‑day IT support and everything with a plug on it. You should have a passion for AI and automation in the workplace but also appreciate the present setup, recognising that not all users are ready for change and must therefore be diplomatic.

Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining the company’s IT equipment and telephone systems, which include iPhones, Windows PCs, conferencing software, and vendor selection.
Providing high‑standard support, from password resets and user training to completing server changes single‑handedly, and delivering VIP support to the CIO.
Qualifications
- Confident individual with a wealth of knowledge to provide high‑standard support.
- Proficiency with password resets, user training, and server changes.
- Diplomatic communication skills.
