BAPPCO was founded by Pierre Ponsin, who brings over 25 years of technology experience across digital transformation, AI implementation, and business process improvement. This is a small, practical business with no corporate layers. You will deal directly with Pierre.
How You Will Be Paid
10 percent of every deal you close, paid monthly, recurring for 24 months per customer. Once a contract is signed you do not need to do anything else to keep earning from it.
Products start from £100 per month for straightforward deployments, all the way up to £2,000 or more for complex multi-site engagements. At 10 percent, a single larger deal is worth up to £200 a month in your pocket for two years.
If a customer upgrades their product, the 24 month clock resets on the new higher value. Every upsell directly increases your recurring income.
Build a mixed book of customers across the range and you have a meaningful passive income stream that runs whether you are working or not.
This is a genuine self-employed contractor role. You work at your own pace, on your own time, with no targets, no performance reviews, and no one looking over your shoulder. You are free to work with other businesses at the same time.
The Problem We Solve
There are 5.5 million SMEs in the UK generating over half of all UK private sector turnover. Most of them are run by people too busy doing the work to answer the phone.
Try calling a tradesperson right now. Roughly 4 in 10 calls go straight to voicemail. Every one of those is a potential lost customer.
Every AI product launching right now is aimed at people sitting at a desk. Almost nobody is building voice AI for business owners who are out on a job, on the road, or up a ladder. That is exactly where BAPPCO operates, and at this end of the market, the competition is thin.
What You Will Be Selling
A focused range of AI-powered products with clear monthly pricing, no setup fees, and monthly rolling contracts.
You will have access to demo phone numbers, product materials, objection handling guides, and pricing sheets. BAPPCO handles all technical and financial onboarding once a deal is signed.
What the Role Involves
Finding the right business owners, having real conversations, and guiding sceptics to a decision.
This is not a simple order-taking role. Most business owners have never seen a product like this before. Some mistake it for old-fashioned phone menus. Some carry a general mistrust of AI technology. Turning that into a signed contract takes good listening, patience, and the ability to earn trust quickly.
What We Are Looking For
- Genuinely self-employed. This is a contractor role, not a job with a different label.
- You will have sold to business owners before and know what it feels like to turn a sceptic into a customer.
- Comfortable having conversations with tradespeople, hospitality operators, and owner-managers.
- A good listener who does not give up easily.
- No prior AI or technology sales experience needed. If you can build trust and handle objections, you can sell this.
