The Role
Title: Senior BC Consultant
Type: Permanent employee
Location: Remote — UK or EMEA (project travel as required)
Start: Pipeline building now — first engagements Q3 2026
Reports to: Engagement Lead / Practice Director
What You’ll Do
You will own delivery on BC implementations from first client conversation to go-live and into the BAU handover. On a typical engagement that means:
– Scoping and estimating — structured discovery and a classified evidence base, not a spreadsheet gut-feel.
– Configuring Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management to fit the client’s actual business processes.
– Designing and executing data migration — master data and open entries — and signing off a clean go-live position independently.
– Running UAT with the business, not just with key users, and holding the line on scope when requirements creep.
– Delivering process-led training and handing over to a client that can actually run the system.
– Directing Hybrid AI Solutions’ AI tooling to generate artefacts — documentation, test scripts, training materials — and reviewing all outputs before client delivery.
What We Need
These are hard requirements. If the list below does not describe your current capability, this is not the right role.
– 5+ years BC or NAV implementation experience as a functional consultant, with sole or lead delivery on 20–50 user projects.
– Configurable depth across Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, period-end), Supply Chain (purchasing, sales, inventory, item tracking), and Warehouse Management (bins, directed pick/put-away, mobile workflows).
– Full ownership of data migration: master data via configuration packages, and open entry cutover including AR/AP ledger entries, open orders, inventory values, and trial balance sign-off.
– MB-800 certified (Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate).
– Fluent in English; additional European languages are a genuine advantage.

Also Valued
– Service Management and/or Project Accounting (Jobs) module experience.
– Familiarity with the BC ISV ecosystem: document management, mobile warehousing, EDI, or reporting add-ins.
– Multi-entity, multi-currency, or international BC deployment experience.
– Experience with AI productivity tooling — Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent — in a professional services context.
