Job Description:

Business Analyst, Client Reporting – Asset Management – Up to £120,000

You get the strategic influence and technical depth that most BA roles never offer.

This is not just a requirements-gathering role. You sit at the intersection of business, technology, and client distribution, working directly with senior stakeholders on the things that actually move the needle. Client engagement platforms, reporting strategy, automation initiatives, the decisions that shape how clients experience the firm and how revenue flows through it. You are involved in all of it.

You take end-to-end ownership of change initiatives. That means Agile delivery, stakeholder management, testing, project coordination and sometimes stepping into BA and PM hybrid territory when the work demands it. You are not waiting to be handed a scope document. You are helping write it.

On the technical side, you are getting your hands into SQL, Power BI, Python and data governance in a way that genuinely builds your career. This is a role that keeps you business and client-facing while making you more technically capable at the same time.

The firm itself is worth talking about. It has the scale and reputation of a long-established investment house combined with an entrepreneurial culture where investment teams have real autonomy and accountability. It feels different from the big institutional environments, in a good way.

Your background is in business analysis and you have worked in client reporting. You are comfortable with SQL and Excel and you understand ABOR and IBOR data well enough to have meaningful conversations with both technical teams and front office stakeholders.

The package includes up to £120,000, 28 days holiday with the option to buy more, a 15% non-contributory employer pension, private healthcare and dental, life assurance, income protection, an employee share scheme, paid volunteering days, hybrid working.
