Senior Project Manager – Ultra-Luxury Residential Development

Capstone are partnering with a highly respected, design-led consultancy delivering some of the UK’s and Europe’s most iconic ultra-prime residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments. Known for operating at the very top end of the luxury market, the business works alongside globally recognised developers, architects and brands on complex, design-driven projects from cradle to grave.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to step directly onto one of the UK’s most prestigious ultra-luxury residential developments – a globally recognised, design-led scheme setting new benchmarks for luxury living, placemaking and craftsmanship.
We are specifically looking for an Architecturally trained professional (circa 3–4 years in architecture) who has transitioned into project management and can confidently deliver projects cradle to grave. This role suits someone who is passionate about exceptional design, understands the technical delivery process, and wants exposure to truly world-class projects.
The Role
- As Project Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of ultra-prime residential and mixed-use developments, working alongside some of the industry’s leading developers, architects, consultants and contractors.
- You will play a key role across the full lifecycle of projects – from early-stage design and planning through procurement, construction and handover – ensuring design integrity and delivery excellence throughout.
- This is a highly design-led environment where attention to detail, stakeholder management and high-end project experience are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all RIBA stages from concept to completion
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and specialist teams
- Drive design management across architecture, interiors and technical delivery
- Support planning strategy, procurement and contractor appointments
- Oversee programme management and project reporting
- Work closely with cost consultants on budgets, value engineering and commercial performance
- Ensure exceptional quality standards across construction and fit-out
- Manage stakeholder relationships across client, design and delivery teams
- Maintain project momentum while protecting design vision and delivery objectives
About You
- Background in Architecture with approximately 3–4 years architectural experience before moving into Project Management
- Experience delivering projects cradle to grave
- Previous exposure to ultra-prime residential, luxury hospitality or high-end mixed-use developments
- Strong understanding of design management and technical delivery
- Familiar with RIBA stages, procurement routes and construction delivery
- Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about architecture, design quality and luxury developments
- Consultancy, developer or client-side experience preferred
