West House School is an Independent Preparatory school for boys from ages 4-11. It also has a nursery for boys and girls from 6 months to 4 years.

Location: West House School, Edgbaston, Birmingham (B15 2NX)

Salary: £8.00 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–3:00pm)

Duration: Typically 18 months

Qualification: Level 3 Early Years Educator

The role

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging Early Years activities
• Help create a safe, stimulating environment for children
• Work closely with staff to support learning and development
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Assist with observations, record keeping and classroom organisation
• Support day-to-day classroom, playtime, and admin tasks

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, organisation, and a caring approach
• Passion for supporting young people
• GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above) ESSENTIAL
