We are Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property. We are recruiting a Beauty Therapist to join our talented Chuan Body + Soul team. In this role, you will provide treatments for clients and be passionate about health and wellbeing, driven by the desire to provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Extend a welcoming experience for our clients.
• Carry out a variety of treatments.
• Be fully aware of treatment menus and product knowledge.
• Assess guest needs via consultation prior to treatment.
• Ensure all treatment rooms are set up prior to the treatment.
• Maintain clear lines of communication within the Spa and hotel in general.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position and environment with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service.
• Spa/Beauty qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. A professional background in beauty therapy and a Spa/Beauty qualification in CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC is desirable. Certification in beauty/massage therapy, Swedish massage is essential.
• Knowledge of products including Kerstin Florian, Jacqueline Piotaz, Jessica.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well‑presented.
• Warm and caring attitude towards the health and well‑being of clients.
• The drive to work towards targets in treatment and retail.
• The ability to work well in a team.
• Good time management skills.
