Please note, our Spa vacancies will require weekend and evening work on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest experience through delivery of the treatments to our guests.
- Work as part of a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests.
- Undertake reception and administration duties if required.
- Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and practices are adhered to by team members, members and spa clients to maintain safety at all times whilst using the spa.
- Ensure that sales tools are effectively utilised at all times to maximise the sales process.
- Follow all of the spa standards and protocols.
- Be knowledgeable on all products used in the Three Graces Spa, utilising all opportunities to promote and upsell products to Spa guests.
- Be a brand ambassador for our product houses, offering retail and homecare advice to all guests.
- Enjoy a balanced workload with a limit of no more than 4 massages per day to ensure your well‑being and prevent repetitive strain injury (RSI).
