Lead Dental Nurse

Overview

Are you an experienced Dental Nurse ready to advance your career? We offer an exciting opportunity as a Lead Dental Nurse at our friendly practice in Hastings.

This role combines leadership with clinical nursing, allowing you to uphold high standards while supporting and mentoring the team.

No prior experience as a Lead Nurse? Full training and support are provided. You’ll work alongside skilled NHS and Private dental professionals, gaining diverse clinical experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:45am–5:15pm, with a competitive salary (£15‑£16/hr).

Responsibilities

• Manage infection control protocols
• Support and mentor trainees
• Handle stock control
• Conduct audits
• Work chairside

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a dental assistant
• 1+ year experience as a dental nurse preferred
• Valid GDC registration
