Recovery-Focused Community Support Worker

The NHS is seeking an experienced Community Support Worker to join the Specialist Outreach Recovery Team in Plymouth. This role involves delivering biopsychosocial interventions as part of a friendly, multidisciplinary team focused on mental health recovery.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, have experience supporting individuals with complex needs, and maintain accurate records. Training will be provided, and flexibility to work across a 7-day service is expected.
