We are seeking a dedicated and caring Children’s Residential Care Associate to join a therapeutic residential service in Salisbury.

In this role, you will help children develop emotional wellbeing, independence, and positive life skills. You will play a vital part in creating a stable home environment that promotes safety, consistency, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children and young people with daily routines and activities
• Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies
• Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
• Support education, leisure, and social development
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary residential care team
• Contribute to care plans and safeguarding responsibilities

Shift Pattern

• Includes day shifts, evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins
• Rolling rota for consistency and work‑life balance
