Community Support Worker

Location: Various across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Contract: Full-time (average 37.5 hours per week) Monday-Sunday. Applications considered for part-time.

Basic Salary: £25,837.50 – £26,227.50 per annum (pro rata if part-time); £13.25 p/h to £13.45 p/h + enhancements for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

About You

As a Community Support Worker, you will be providing dedicated support to children, young people and adults with a range of disabilities, disorders, impairments and difficulties based within their family homes and out in the community.

You will need to be resilient, patient and committed to providing high quality care, all whilst ensuring safeguarding is at the forefront of all decisions made.

Travel around the community is required. The post holder must have a valid UK driving licence and access to their own car. The role will require you to complete sleep‑ins as and when required to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Confident in delivering high quality care
  • Good level of communication, both written and verbal
  • Good level of IT competency
