Salary: GBP22 – GBP23 per hour
Tiler required in and around Chesterfield to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf ofcouncils/social housing associations.This scheme is a kitchen and bathroom scheme, needing someone to start immediately.
Our client is a maincontractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the Yorkshire and Lincolnshireregions.
The Role
Main duties aretiling bathrooms and wetrooms in tenanted and void properties.
The total hours are 37.5 per week, 8am – 4:00pm with a 30 minute break – Monday to Friday.
- Street Parking
- Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes within the Yorkshire area
- Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
- Work for 12 months
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Tiler
- Social housing experience
- Own Tools
- Valid CSCS Card
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness or be willing to do the online course
- Own Transport
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven’t worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
