You’ll be at the heart of managing overdue accounts, working closely with customers to agree realistic and manageable payment plans, and helping to find positive outcomes even in more complex or sensitive situations.
You’ll also be liaising with internal teams, supporting vulnerable customers with empathy and care, and ensuring all debt recovery activity is handled in line with company policies and regulatory standards. It’s a role that balances resilience with compassion, and structure with people focus.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A calm, empathetic approach when handling sensitive conversations
- Confidence in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Previous experience in credit control or debt recovery is helpful but not essential
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn
