You will be responsible for general administrative duties to support our business and our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
- Processing purchase orders and service provider payments
- Working on our in-house systems and applications and utilising all Microsoft office products
- Database management and record keeping
- Liaising with internal colleagues, contractors, local authority and customers
- Production of documentation/work instructions
- Identifying new and improving current processes to support our colleagues and customers
- Building strong relationships across our teams
- Planning & organising
- Time management
- Knowledge of IT systems and data inputting
- Communication and customer service skills
- Dynamic and proactive, ability to respond to the needs of our customers
Qualifications and Attributes
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum qualification of 5 GCSEs at grades 4/C or above, or NVQ L2
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Understanding or interest in the power distribution network (desirable but by no means essential, as we welcome applicants from other industries)
- Experience of Oracle systems would be an advantage, but not essential as full training would be given
