Temporary Administrator / Receptionist

Contract: Temporary – 6 Months

Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time Available

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in Atherton for a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and handling reception duties professionally
  • Answering and directing telephone calls and emails
  • Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting rooms
  • General administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining accurate records and office documentation
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous administration or receptionist experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
