A Central London firm is looking for a conveyancing paralegal to work at their office located a 2‑minute walk from Liverpool Street Underground Station. The role offers scope for hybrid working once the successful applicant has fully settled into the role. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in Residential Conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Assisting with files from instruction to post‑completion
The role is full‑time, permanent and salary levels will be around the 35k mark.
