Complex Needs Support Assistant — Flexible 1:1 & Groups

Teaching Personnel is seeking an ALN & Complex Needs Support Assistant to provide specialized support to young individuals with additional learning needs in Carmarthenshire. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 tailored support, assisting with emotional regulation, and collaborating with teachers and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications required include an Enhanced DBS and EWC registration or willingness to obtain these certifications. Experience in care or education is desirable, and candidates should demonstrate an empathetic approach towards supporting young people.
