Maintenance Assistant – Wimbledon

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities, and management of the maintenance team.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and guest expectations are met during their stay.
• Proactively complete the daily job list and preventative maintenance schedules, maintaining a strong eye for detail.
• Work to deadlines, liaise with contractors, and take responsibility for health and safety.
• Communicate effectively, organise tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a maintenance department of a hotel of similar quality.
• Knowledge of electrics and health and safety beneficial.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organised, and a good communicator.

Job Details

Position: Maintenance Assistant – Permanent, Predominantly weekend cover at Hotel du Vin, Wimbledon.Pay: 13.53 ph for under 18s, 10.85 per hour.
