Working Hours

35 hours per week.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 16:00 hours.

Salary

£14.02 per hour, with premium rates paid for hours worked between 19:00 – 22:00 and 22:00 – 06:00.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers’ urgent packages reach their destination on time.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding shipment collection requests and delivery inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve failed shipment deliveries or collections, prioritising and reallocating any failures for the next delivery day.
  • Enter data into the in‑house tracking system.
  • Communicate and collaborate clearly with the team, your manager, and other operations stations.
  • Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures, controls and regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strict timelines.
  • Effective time‑management skills with attention to detail.
