Role Overview
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, where you will be the backbone of our stores. The position is physically demanding and high‑intensity, ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role you will handle stock, deliveries, and all behind‑the‑scenes duties that keep the shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers. You must be fast, focused, and proactive, maintaining product flow with urgency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate across the wider store where required, maintaining the pace and meet retail demands.
- Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently, prioritising availability and speed.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, supporting colleagues throughout the store.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, from early morning deliveries to late‑day stock adjustments, keeping operations moving fluidly.
