Job Description

We are looking for compassionate, experienced, resilient individuals to support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, including people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll provide consistent, person‑centred support, using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches, following support plans, encouraging community participation, and supporting people with daily living, personal care and developing independence.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Experience working with complex behaviour or high support needs
- Ability to stay calm, patient and empathetic in challenging situations
- Commitment to person‑centred support and PBS approaches
- A full UK driving licence (desirable)
- Minimum of 12 months right to work
- Bank waking nights available
