Overview

As a Support Worker you will join a dedicated team committed to delivering the highest standard of care to our service users. You will use modern care technology to support physical and emotional well‑being and promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and emotional support to service users
• Assist with washing, dressing and daily personal care
• Promote independence wherever possible and maintain a safe, person‑centred environment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality care and meet individual needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience required but not mandatory – we provide full training and a leadership programme to support your development
