Join as the first GTM Operator working directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff to scale a developer-focused machine from millions in revenue to $100M ARR. You will execute growth projects across sales, marketing, and community building, experimenting with everything from event hosting to performance ads to accelerate software delivery.

What You Will Do

• Drive pipeline through outbound sequences, newsletter sponsorships, and experimental Google/Reddit ad campaigns.
• Build a global developer community by organizing high‑end engineering events and panels in London, SF, and NY.
• Execute full‑funnel marketing initiatives including viral launch videos, case studies, and managing SF‑based brand campaigns.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of high‑intensity experience in early‑stage startups, hypergrowth scale‑ups, MBB consulting, or Tier 1 investment banking.
• Exceptional agency and a “hunter” mindset that thrives on chasing revenue and taking full ownership of results.
• Bonus for former founders, early startup employees (<20), or those with a STEM degree from a Tier 1 university.
